  The reviews you read on this place is completely true, If I could give zero stars, I would. My family and I went here to take our uncle out for a nice dinner. When we walk in one of the waiters walks up to us to show us to our table; however, he DOES NOT introduce himself. We sit down at the table and the waiter was already asking us what we would like to eat. We didn't even have a chance to sit and look at the menu. We order our drinks while we looked at the menu. By the time the waiter comes back with our drinks, we are ready to order our meals. The entire time we were trying to order our meals, the waiter was rushing us to finish. So now we have our food and eating, everything is going well for small portions of food. We finish our food and ask the waiter to split the check, the waiter explains that they do not splits check, that's not a problem. We then we give our card and he leaves to charge the card. When he comes back he tosses the card on the table and say that he didn't work and just walks away. I go into my account to check to see why it wasn't working. THE WAITER CHARGED MY CARD 5 TIMES AND LOCKED MY CARD FROM BEING CHARGED AGAIN. Then when I asked about it, he said that he only swiped the card twice. I had to go to a near by bank to take out the money to pay the bill. I come back and pay the bill and leave him with the change as a tip (which honestly he didn't deserve because he was extremely rude). As we leaving to go home, the waiter states "the tip was too small". I tell the waiter that he actually didn't deserve anything because he was rude to begin with. Now the waiter and I are going back and forth and the owner comes out to find out what happened. I explain to Ivan (the owner) that waiter was completely rude and is demanding a great tip when his service wasn't worth it. I even show Ivan my account so he can see that the waiter charged my account 5 times. Instead of trying to listen to what I have to say, Ivan was too busy trying to get me out the door. THEY ALL ARE COMPLETELY RUDE AND HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. I thought I could expect something better from someone who won so many cooking shows, but nope. He does not know how to run a restaurant. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT PLACE.
